Ben's career spans companies of various sizes, from start-ups to $140B corporations, holding senior and executive roles in joint ventures, business start-ups, and partnerships. His corporate career highlights include significant New Business Development and Business Transformation roles at Motorola and Medtronic in the Latin American and US markets. For the past decade, Ben has run his consulting company, engaging with clients like Essilor, Verizon, and multiple start-ups. He currently provides PMO guidance on product delivery for data analytics, AI demographics, and smart city infrastructure.

A Six Sigma Black Belt, Ben has spearheaded continuous improvement and process redesign programs in supply chain, sales operations, go-to-market optimization, indirect channels, and corporate governance. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in History and Spanish Literature from Oral Roberts University. Ben earned his Digital Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola in 2006 and is a former Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Residing in Cheshire, Connecticut with his wife Linda, Ben actively participates in Christian men's ministries across Connecticut. He enjoys working out, reading, discussing American history, and passionately supports his native Florida sports teams.
