Anthony Cardinale is a seasoned supply chain expert with over 35 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and supply chain management across the Aerospace, Electronics, Optics, and Telecom systems industries. He has a proven ability to optimize manufacturing and sourcing strategies, lead high-performance teams, and enhance customer service and cost efficiency.

Anthony is dedicated to continuous improvement and quality enhancement, focusing on risk mitigation and aligning operations with evolving business models. His expertise includes managing major supplier and manufacturing site transitions, achieving inventory reductions that meet stringent working capital goals, shortening lead times through innovative inventory programs, and optimizing total costs through strategic sourcing and negotiation.

His career began in Mechanical Engineering at UTC Hamilton Standard and transitioned to Operations and Manufacturing Engineering, concentrating on low to mid-volume electronics manufacturing.

His roles have included Senior Engineer at Superior Electric, Operations Manager, and Procurement Manager at C-COR/ARRIS, and Supply Chain Director at ARRIS/CommScope and Zygo Corporation. At Zygo, Anthony developed a cross-functional team to enhance demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics, supporting business growth with optimized sourcing strategies.

Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master's in Engineering Management from Western New England University. His Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification (CSCP) from ASCM have equipped him with the tools to implement lean, compliant processes in complex supply chains.

Residing in South Windsor, Connecticut, with his wife Josie and their three grown children, Anthony is active in his community as a Knights of Columbus leader and Catechist. He enjoys biking, skiing, travel, and family time.
